Be part of the creation of the Historic Preservation Toolkit that will teach building- huggers to navigate the path from love for a building, through financing, restoration and placing it into use. Guests of all stripes needed! Learn about historic tax credits, new markets tax credits, grant programs, financing options, how to evaluate the feasibility of a restoration effort, unifying a community to support a public project, enrolling elected officials and lessons learned from others who have been there.
